The matrix needs to be divided into similar to inorganic and organic chemistry.

Since there are fixed things; generations, order of magnitude, the sequences of an eco system, etc.

Then there are the organic sequences.

The organic sequences require an application regarding how something is perceived. That perception shapes the response to the sequence. Same sequence but different way to interact.

For instance saying hello to in every language, every generation, every specific culture has its own rules for saying hello.

But they all say or perform hello in some way.
