choosing specific sounds and phrases producing large amounts of energy. Toning is a very important item to address since in the act of toning itself focuses the mind body and spirit. enabling the toner to focus their attention into a sound being a vibration into an energy movement.

All sound has a vibration. This vibration is a specific energy pattern, energy patterns depending on the energy grid that the vibration came from will set out to accomplish a specific feat. In toning sound is used as a messenger for the creation of the specific vibration being created. Energy vibrations can heal, create, focus, and clarify. Specific tones will influence the energy around you.
