Breathing Techniques
the
compass style
Breathing
techniques are very important for most spiritual and energy working exercises
First
Example
Take
a deep and slow breath in through the nose, hold for at least 10 seconds
Let
the breath out through your mouth slowly for at least a count of 10.
For
more in depth breathing techniques that will slow your heart rate down and
cause all attention in your body to be focused on your chi
Inhale
for a count of 10 hold for a count of 15 exhale for a count of 10, Hold your exhale for 10 seconds and begin
again.
Work
on it and increase the counts, This
will at first slow your heart rate down and in effect slow your bodies
vibration down from chaotic to a base line vibration, then your energy will
begin to flow faster and narrow your focus from everything happening around
you to a very concentrated field that can be directed toward whatever you
need your focus to be on, Be it
meditation, clairvoyance, healing work, at home at work or at play, whatever the individual situation
requires.
Once
you become accustomed to the focusing of yourself through your breath then it
becomes habit. Whenever you stop and
take a deep slow breath your brain tells your system what to do and your chi
in the wake of your bodies vibration slowing down begins to flow faster, and
if it doesn't then you know instantly what area of your body isn't working
properly and steps need to be taken in order for you to balance yourself for
the situation at hand.
The
next step in breathing is to focus yourself with the inhale and the
exhale, especially when you are
moving a large amount of energy or you are doing healing work.
Take
three deep and slow breathes, relax yourself and begin to feel your chi
flowing through out your body, the energy connection with the universe and
your connection to the earth growing stronger. Energy is free flowing through your body and you are a conduit
for what the situation requires. On
the inhale of breath pull energy in on the exhale push energy out and into
your focus point.. When you have
completed your energizing focus your breath on removing the negative energy
that was there..
